According to him, since all of his band members are all vegetarian, ‘they don’t sacrifice goats anymore before any gigs, but just tofu instead’.

Want to have a sculpted body like J. Lo? Then be a vegan. The ‘Ain’t It Funny’ singer said in an interview with Extra that her plant-based diet helps her to be fitter and more energetic. Moreover, she stated in a US magazine that she decided to carry out a dramatic shift in her diet to have a better body figure after giving birth. After four years of being a vegetarian, she said that she has no plans of looking back.
- Olivia Wilde
Actress Olivia Wilde even launched her own website to promote this diet. Her main reason for going vegan is to ‘boycott the torture factories’. And it’s just an added bonus that she improved health and gain more energy.
